EstBergHouse was born out of a passion for creating modern and comfortable tiny houses for families—homes that offer freedom, quality, and a close connection to nature.

We had a dream—to find a place where we could relax with our family in the heart of nature, but the perfect spot was too far away. We wanted a solution that would allow us to design our own “secret hideaway” from start to finish. A modular home turned out to be the perfect choice—it can be built quickly, transported easily, and installed in less than a week. Moreover, our modular home has a floor area of less than 20 square meters, which means no building permit is required for installation.

We have always been demanding when it comes to both quality and comfort. While there were various modular homes available on the market, none met the needs of our family of five. So, we decided to create something special ourselves—a modern, bright, and cozy home with enough space for the whole family as well as romantic moments for two.

After thorough planning and development, we began building our first modular home in February 2024, and by May, it was complete. The moment we stepped inside, we knew—it was exactly what we had dreamed of! The spaciousness, the light, the large bathroom, and the surprisingly roomy sleeping area on the second floor made our tiny house feel grand, both physically and emotionally. It was the perfect place to unwind.

Our home turned out so well that we decided to open its doors to others. Now, everyone has the opportunity to experience the charm of our tiny house—rent it for an overnight stay, enjoy the peace of the pine forest, and admire the winding beauty of the Võhandu River.
