EstBergHouse was founded with the vision of providing modern and comfortable small homes for families that could be quickly and qualitatively built and transported. We were surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, but it was distant from our home. We sought a solution that would allow us to be involved in every step of creating our “secret nest”. We decided on a modular house because it allowed us to create a small yet cozy and comfortable home (taking a few months to build), which could be transported and installed in just a few modules in less than a week. Additionally, our modular home has a floor area of less than 20 square meters, meaning it does not require a building permit.

Because we have high standards for the quality and comfort of the house. We researched the modular houses available on the market but did not find suitable solutions that would meet the needs of our five-member family. So we decided to create something special ourselves – a cozy, modern, light-filled, high-quality, and comfortable home suitable for accommodating the whole family or for romantic moments for two.

We worked long on the modular house project to find the best solution. The construction of our first modular house, “Valter,” began in February 2024 and was completed in May of the same year. When the house was completed, our first thoughts were… wow, how spacious, light-filled, and comfortable it is! For a small house, the bathroom was surprisingly large, and the second-floor sleeping area was spacious. Our modular house turned out exactly as needed for the perfect family vacation – quality, comfortable, and modern.

The house was so great that we decided not just to keep it for ourselves. We are opening the doors of “Valter” to all interested parties. Our beautiful location is nestled in a pine forest on the winding banks of the Võhandu River, offering peace and quiet away from the city hustle. It’s an ideal place where everyone can feel good and enjoy the wonderful calming nature.
