The construction is built from strong glued laminated timber beams, ensuring the building’s durability and stability. The base of the house is insulated with high-quality wool, while the back wall is equipped with Kingspan and OSB boards, ensuring optimal insulation and durability. The roof is covered with high-quality SBS material, which, together with the wool insulation, ensures optimal climate control in the house throughout the year. An air source heat pump is planned for the house, but other heating solutions can also be installed. Additionally, this house features large, narrow side windows compared to the previous model, which still provide ample natural light and an excellent view of the surrounding environment.
