• The foundation is made of waterproof plywood and insulated with wool. Additionally, mouse and insect nets have been installed.
• A thin layer of concrete with an embedded heating mat has been poured on the floor.
• The ground floor is covered with herringbone-patterned LVT parquet, which is moisture-resistant.
• The upper floor has laminate parquet.

Structure and Walls:

• The structure is made of laminated wood and connected with steel plates.
• The exterior walls are made of spruce cladding, and the client can choose the color. The boards are painted in a spray booth to ensure high quality.
• The interior walls are insulated with Kingspan panels and covered with OSB boards.
• The walls are finished with CLT panels.

Roof and Windows:

• The roof consists of a structural framework, insulation wool, OSB boards, and is covered with SBS roofing material.
• The windows are made of triple-layer tempered glass with a reflective film.

Heating and Ventilation:

• An electric rapid water heater provides hot water.
• The bathroom is equipped with an electric ventilation system.
• Adjustable LED lighting allows for customizable lighting solutions.
• The floor heating is adjustable in both the bathroom, as well as the living room and kitchen.

Bathroom:

• The bathroom is tiled with ceramic tiles.
• The sanitary ware is high-quality and provided by Damixa.

Kitchen:

• • Both the kitchen and bathroom sinks are built-in.
  • The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge with freezer, and a two-burner electric stove.
