Foundation and Floors:

The foundation is made of waterproof plywood and insulated with wool. Additionally, mouse and insect nets have been installed.

A thin layer of concrete with an embedded heating mat has been poured onto the floor.

The floor is covered with herringbone LVT parquet, which is highly resistant to moisture. Alternatively, ceramic tiles can also be used.

Structure and Walls

The structure is made of wooden beams.

The exterior walls are made of spruce cladding, with a color of the client’s choice. The boards are painted in a spray booth to ensure high quality.

The interior walls are insulated with Kingspan panels.

The walls are finished with CLT panels.

Roof and Windows

The roof consists of a structural frame, insulation wool, OSB boards, and is covered with an SBS membrane. The windows are made of triple-tempered glass and tinted with mirror film.

Heating and Ventilation

An electric instant water heater provides hot water. The bathroom features an electric ventilation system.

Adjustable LED lighting ensures a customizable lighting solution.

The underfloor heating is adjustable in the bathroom, sauna, living room, and kitchen.

Bathroom

The bathroom is tiled with ceramic tiles. The sanitary ware is of high quality and sourced from Damixa.

Kitchen

The kitchen and bathroom sinks are built-in. The kitchen includes a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a single-burner electric stove.

Sauna

Electric Harvia heater. The walls are finished with aspen, and the sauna bench is made of alder.
