Our modular home exterior is impressively spacious and filled with light, inviting you to enjoy comfortable and cozy living year-round. The structure is built with sturdy glued laminated timber beams, ensuring the building’s durability and stability. The base of the house is insulated with high-quality wool, while the rear wall is equipped with Kingspan and OSB panels, ensuring optimal insulation and durability. A high-quality SBS membrane is installed on the roof, which, combined with the wool insulation, ensures optimal climate control throughout the seasons. The house is designed to accommodate an air source heat pump, but other heating solutions can also be installed.
Bedroom
The open sleeping area on the upper floor is designed for two people, offering a cozy and tranquil environment to unwind after a long day. Here, you can fully relax and recharge. Additionally, flexible planning allows customization of the upper floor into separate rooms according to clients’ preferences, creating private spaces and further enhancing the home’s functionality and comfort. Large windows bring in natural light and enhance the sense of space, allowing you to admire the surrounding views and natural beauty at any time. This design offers versatility and comfort, making the modular home an ideal place for both relaxation and everyday living.
